The Bad
The trip was fine until we got to the casino. The bus driver dropped us off at the wrong entrance, so we had to walk a long way in the heat to get to the casino entrance. Then, when we got inside, they wouldn’t let us use the players’ club cards that we had been using at other casinos, so we had to get new ones. We lost a lot of points because of that.
The Ugly
The Ugly- The casino has a very strict dress code which they do not enforce equally. It is not uncommon to see people in t-shirts, jeans, and even flip-flops walking around the casino, yet Green Tree Travels has a hard time getting people to follow the dress code when boarding their buses. This creates an awkward situation where people who are dressed inappropriately are forced to change into clothes that they may not be comfortable in or turn around and go home.
